Season 4: what is confirmed
MAPPA announced the continuation on 26 March 2026, immediately after the Season 3 finale, under the title Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4: The Culling Game Part 2. A teaser video followed on 19 June 2026 at MAPPA’s 15th anniversary lineup reveal.

The teaser confirmed production without giving a window, and nothing has been announced since. On MAPPA’s recent turnaround for this franchise, 2027 is the earliest realistic expectation, but that is an inference from the gap between previous parts rather than a date anyone has given.
What Part 1 covered, and where it stops
Part 1 sets up the Culling Game itself: the rules, the colonies, and the problem that the people running it are not the people the characters can reach. It introduces the new sorcerers the arc needs, moves Yuji and Megumi into the Tokyo colonies, and spends real time on Megumi.
It stops partway through the arc rather than at a natural ending, which is why the continuation was announced the same day. If you are deciding whether to start it now, know that it finishes mid story and the second half has no date.

What was corrected on this page
